The cultural field investigations proceeded well, with no major survey or field constraints. A comprehensive cultural survey and inspection was carried out of all proposed geotechnical drill hole sites – some 30 proposed sites plus some additional alternative sites to allow for flexibility in the drilling given steep and/or inaccessible terrain at some proposed locations. I extend the thanks of the Juru/Kyburra field team to Scott Davis for his good work and fieldwork facilitation.

Core Consultants provided Mortons Urban Solutions with a high standard of geotechnical and environmental consultancy services, and have contributed to the successful completion of our clients land development projects. Core have provided a range of services for our projects ranging from initial geotechnical investigation works, construction services including Level 1 supervision, civil works material testing, and Acid Sulfate Soil management compliance. Core are currently continuing to provide expert consultancy services relating to the investigation and remediation of a contaminated site, including removal of the site from the environmental management register (EMR).
